Rags 2 Riches dancehall artiste Radijah has been confirmed to perform at this year’s end of year Sting 2015 concert at Jamworld in Portmore, St. Catherine.
“You know the rules, mi plan to go hard over there and stamp mi class as a new artiste on the scene, mi a do mi hits dem like ‘Walk Like a Dog’, mi latest hit song, ‘Thot Wine’ and mi a bring the energy and vibe fi entertain the fans,” Radijah said.
Sting is arguably one of the most anticipated annual events, and this year, it will be held under the theme ‘From Then ‘Til Now’, a revolution for the historic event.
In the meantime, Radijah is amping up the promotion of his latest, ‘Thot Wine’ video, which is already making waves. The video entered the FIWI Choice Top ten chart countdown on TVJ, as well as HYPE TV VTX charts.
“It’s a great look, I have been getting great feedback from the fans about the video, it has been in the top ten on FIWI for two straight weeks and it is getting great rotation on HYPE and RE, plus it is getting good views on youtube, big up mi producer NotNice,” he said.
In 2013. he released ‘Kotch Pon Di Edge’, a collaboration with QQ which created a buzz both locally and internationally. But it was the breakout single, ‘Walk Like a Dawg’ , accompanied by a controversial dance, which propelled him to instant fame, and got him gigs all over the Caribbean.
Then Radijah shocked the fans and had everyone, especially the media, buzzing about a new tattoo – which features Freemason symbols, compasses and a ruler, emblazoned over his right eye.
