The dancehall community is abuzz with a new hard-hitting single called ‘Unfair’ that lambasts the government on its stance of shutting off dances at 2 a.m. The street version of the single uses well-known curses and has become a fast favourite of mix tape selectors and taximen in the Kingston Metropolitan area.

The last time a dance move migrated from Montego Bay to Kingston, it took over the world. That dance was Dutty Wine, and now, there is a feeling of déjà vu as the latest dance craze coming from the western end of the island, Tip Yuh, is gaining in popularity. The make-money-rain dance endorsed by new deejay Rickey Teetz, has now caught fire in the street dances of Kingston.
