Ninjaman’s case has been postponed – again. The Down Sound recording artiste had his murder trial in the Home Circuit court postponed until April 13, 2015.
“The case was postponed because there is another case is being tried which is c=occupying the chamber,” Joseph Bogdanovich, CEO of Down Sound Records, told Bounce876
Ninja Man is accused of the March 16, 2009 murder of Richard Johnson. He is jointly charged with his son Janiel.
The Jamaican artiste, whose real name is Desmond Ballentine, had been expected to stand trial in the Home Circuit Court earlier this year but the case had to be postponed because of scheduling conflicts.
