Signet Daley, the coaster bus driver involved in a crash Thursday with a Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) bus in Portmore, is dead. He died this morning.
Signet Daley, the coaster bus driver involved in a crash Thursday with a Jamaica Urban Transit Company (JUTC) bus in Portmore, is dead. He died this morning.
The accident occurred at around 5:45 am when the Hiace bus, which was travelling along the Christian Pen main road towards Spanish Town, collided with a JUTC bus.
Eyewitnesses said Daley swerved to avoid a pothole in the road when his bus smashed into the JUTC bus that was heading in the opposite direction.
The Hiace bus overturned, trapping Daley and several other passengers.
