Will Kartel and Tommy Lee ever be friends again?

Even though Vybz Kartel wrote a letter saying that Tommy Lee and Popcaan betrayed him, one wonders if the Uncle Demon is still loyal to Kartel. Tommy Lee created Gaza Sparta, a branch of the Gaza, so on the surface he still appears to be repping the Gaza, but one wonders if Kartel were to be freed, what would be the state of the strained relationship between them?
