A brutal attack claimed the life of an elderly man and his wife. During the gun attack, gunmen shot three members of the family in Claremont, St. Ann on Wednesday, leaving a third person in hospital in serious condition.
The deceased have been identified as 61-year-old Thelma Nembhard and 68- year-old David Nembhard.
A 19-year-old woman was shot in the neck.
About 5:40 p.m., the three people were at home when two men entered and shot them.
Sleuths determined that the attack stemmed from a “domestic-related incident between elements in that community,” however a direct motive has not yet been established.
