The rape case against businessman and former Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) counselor Don Creary and his alleged accomplice 22-year-old Shaneke Williams was again set for mention on November 11.
On Friday, when the two appeared in the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate Court, attorneys representing both accused persons said they were yet to have full disclosure.
Tom Taveres-Finson who represents Creary and Nadine Flowers, Williams’ attorney, told Resident Magistrate Simone Wolf-Reece that they were still awaiting statements.
RM Simone Wolfe-Reece told the court that full disclosure should be made on or before October 30.
Both accused had their bails extended until December 11.
RM Wolfe-Reece also reminded both Creary and Williams to continue to abide by the instructions of their bail conditions.
